My Hero

I've always been proud of my husband but this weekend my pride was off the charts. Joe competed and completed his very first mini triathlon on Saturday. One of our friends from church talked Joe and several other "victims" into competing in a mini triathlon in Coldwater Michigan. Everyone did a great job. They swam 300 yards, biked 6 miles and ran 3 miles. Joe had such a good time he's already making plans for his next meet. Way to go baby!

Wow! Joe, you looked wiped. You SHOULD be so very proud, Sarah. That is a great accomplishment. And to think you want to do it again! Great Job!

Way to go Joe! Ohio in 08 London 2012 for USA??? Congrats on your accomplishment, most of us would have sunk to the bottom of the river on the first 100 meters of the swim!

Matt heard the music from the kitchen and had to laugh a little. "Is THAT Chariots of Fire?" I had no clue... good thing it's posted. WAY TO GO JOE!!! You must feel great! Well, maybe sore, but what a feat! You are all in our thoughts. Still loving the memories of your last trip here.
